GAMCA Booking Helper (gamcaofficial.com) is an independent third-party service provider. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the official GAMCA (Gulf Approved Medical Centers Association), Wafid (Gulf Health Council), or any GCC government agency. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
GAMCA Booking Helper provides booking assistance services for individuals who need to schedule GAMCA medical appointments for GCC countries. Our service includes:
- Guidance through the GAMCA appointment booking process
- Assistance with Wafid token generation
- GAMCA slip delivery via WhatsApp and email
- Information about GAMCA medical centers and requirements
- Customer support via WhatsApp
We are a booking assistance service only. We do not perform medical examinations, issue medical certificates, or have any authority over GAMCA policies.
2. Service Fees
Our service fee is PKR 4,000 (or equivalent in other currencies). This fee covers:
- Booking assistance and processing
- Wafid token generation assistance
- GAMCA slip delivery
- Customer support
Important: Our fee is ONLY for booking assistance. GAMCA medical examination costs (typically PKR 25,000-30,000) are paid separately to the GAMCA medical center. We do not collect or receive medical examination fees.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your booking request
- Have a valid passport and employment visa for GCC countries
- Visit the GAMCA medical center on your scheduled appointment date
- Pay the medical examination fees directly to the GAMCA center
- Follow all GAMCA medical requirements and procedures
- Understand that we are an independent service, not official GAMCA
4. Service Delivery
We aim to deliver Wafid tokens and GAMCA slips within 1 hour of payment confirmation. However, delivery times may vary due to:
- Official Wafid system availability
- Peak booking periods
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Incomplete or incorrect information provided
If we cannot deliver your documents within 24 hours, you are eligible for a refund as per our refund policy.
5. Limitations of Service
Please understand that we:
- CANNOT guarantee medical fitness results - only GAMCA centers decide fit/unfit status
- CANNOT influence GAMCA medical examination outcomes
- CANNOT change GAMCA policies or requirements
- CANNOT provide medical advice or treatment
- CANNOT refund medical examination fees paid to GAMCA centers
- ARE NOT responsible for appointment cancellations by GAMCA centers
- ARE NOT responsible for Wafid system technical issues
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are available only if we fail to deliver your Wafid token and GAMCA slip within 24 hours of payment. For complete refund terms, please refer to our Refund Policy page. No refunds are provided for medical examination fees paid to GAMCA centers or if you are declared unfit by GAMCA.
7. No Government Affiliation
GAMCA Booking Helper is a private, independent business. We have no affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or connection with GAMCA (Gulf Approved Medical Centers Association), Wafid (Gulf Health Council), GCC governments, or any official health authority. 8. Acceptance of Terms
By using our service, making a payment, or booking an appointment through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.
