How to download your GAMCA/Wafid appointment slip
- Open the official slip search page using the button above.
- Enter your passport number exactly as printed on your document.
- Select the correct nationality and complete the verification step.
- Download and save the slip PDF once the record is shown.
- Print a copy or keep it available on your phone for the medical visit.

Common slip download issues and fixes
Recheck passport format, remove extra spaces, and confirm nationality. A small spelling mismatch can block results.

Centers are assigned through the official Wafid system based on availability. Use the assigned center listed on your slip.
Bring passport, slip PDF, and payment proof. Without these, the center may not allow entry.
