No Cancellation Policy
Once your GAMCA medical appointment is successfully booked and confirmed, cancellation is NOT POSSIBLE. All bookings are final and non-cancellable.
Why No Cancellation?
GAMCA Appointment Helper immediately processes your appointment booking with the GAMCA medical center systems. Once your booking is confirmed:
1. Instant System Integration
Your appointment slot is reserved in the GAMCA center's booking system immediately after payment confirmation.
2. Token Generation
Your unique Wafid token number is generated and cannot be reassigned to another applicant once issued.
3. Medical Center Confirmation
The GAMCA medical center receives your appointment details and reserves your examination slot, making it unavailable for others.
4. Service Processing Costs
Payment gateway fees, system processing charges, and administrative costs are incurred immediately upon booking.
What If I Can't Attend?
If circumstances change and you cannot attend your GAMCA medical appointment, you have the following options:
Option 1: Reschedule (Subject to Availability)
Contact our WhatsApp support at +92 307 1111999 immediately. We may be able to reschedule your appointment to a different date, subject to GAMCA center availability. Additional rescheduling fees may apply.
Option 2: Attend at Your Convenience
Your GAMCA token slip remains valid for a specified period (usually 30-90 days depending on the country). You can attend the medical examination within this validity period.
Option 3: Transfer to Another Person (Not Allowed)
GAMCA appointments are non-transferable. Your booking is linked to your passport number and personal details, and cannot be transferred to another applicant.
No Refund on Cancellation
Since cancellation is not possible, there is no refund for cancelled appointments.
The PKR 4,000 booking fee is charged for securing your appointment slot in the GAMCA system. This service is provided immediately upon booking confirmation, and the appointment cannot be cancelled once processed.
Before You Book - Important Checklist
Please verify the following information before completing your GAMCA appointment booking:
- ✓Passport Details: Ensure your passport number, issue date, and expiry date are correct.
- ✓Personal Information: Double-check your name, date of birth, and nationality match your passport exactly.
- ✓Destination Country: Confirm the GCC country you're traveling to (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, etc.).
- ✓Contact Details: Provide a working email address and WhatsApp number to receive your token slip.
- ✓Travel Plans: Ensure you're ready to travel and attend the medical examination before booking.
